    If I could give less than one star I would. A very good friend of mine has told me of her ordeal on Monday 18th Sept around 2pm with the parking attendent abusing her for not having her parking ticket validated prior to leaving the car park. Screaming at her to reverse her car back at the boom exit she did so but unfortunately clipped a bollard and ripped her bumper bar off. The parking attendant then proceeded to throw the bumper to the sidewalk whilst still yelling abuse at my friend. All this happened whilst my distraught friend's 5 year old granddaughter was sitting in the back seat of the car. Shame on you Secure Parking.
